1) Join your meeting
2) Click on Share Screen on the page you first see once you have joined the meeting.
3) You will now be presented with a window asking you what you would like to share, you can either choose to share the whole screen via the images at the top or an application such as powerpoint further down the screen.
If you are sharing a powerpoint and it has got videos or sound in it then you will need to check both of the following boxes:
- Share computer sound
- Optimize screen sharing for video clip
